Help ID'ing Fellow

    Hello All!

    It's been a bit since I've been back to the forums as I've been a bit sick.
    But feeling better finally!

    Was hoping I could get a bit of help with ID'ing this fellow

    His name looks to be Chung Wing

    But I can't seem to find him anywhere (I was trying to use his death date)

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Also... if that gigantic hat fits that guy's head, I'll eat it. He must have grabbed it as a prop? It would cover his head to his chin!
