91F2D82F-9A9C-4BCE-90C4-F32E21A1197F.jpeg Good evening, found this dresser today, almost no mating. It has an Atlas Stamp and a HPI stamp. Any help is appreciated!

Looks more like a pie safe than a dresser.
The fabric is not original. A pie safe would have had screen or punched tin where the fabric is.

Sorry, I don’t have any hosting service for pictures. It’s tough to take a picture under 1mg with these new iPhones. Thank you!

What do you think about the interior?

Well it would have been helpful had you at least described the interior.
Obviously not a pie safe with the added pictures.

    Or maybe not old.

I went looking to see if I could find an Atlas Furniture Co with that logo in an attempt to put some kind of date range on this. I didn't find that "keystone" shape logo, but there was a Jamestown NY furniture maker named Atlas of good reputation and long history (up to about WWII.) Under the word Atlas is what I'm thinking says Furniture and then maybe Corp. But the last 2 lines are blurry to me. Can you take a stab at what that might say?

The HPI stamp looks like a post WWII style, though. And frankly, I'd guess post war for the dresser anyway.

Were linen presses ever this small?

I think it's too narrow for linens. Lingerie, maybe.

Well, no go on a Massachusetts furniture company named Atlas. Where are those stamps on the piece? Back? in a drawer?
