Hello, I recently had this beautiful cabinet restored. It belonged to my Grandparents who purchased it in London England some time in the 1950s. There are no labels on it and I wonder if anyone could help ID?

    thanks FD9EF35F-7187-45AB-92E9-08AEE2ECFE57.jpeg 415C9B28-9EBC-48BD-A5F7-F0F9E68B4689.jpeg very much.

I did. He wasn’t aware of it. I am in Canada and this was shipped over here years ago. I guess not too many here?

Given the double-necked Chianti wine bottle, I'd look to Italy.

I have been looking at turnbridge or Rivington which I both believe are London but can’t find an exact match. Was hoping someone here may be familiar. Thanks.

That’s in beautiful condition. Or was it restored? This doesn’t help you much in terms of info, but maybe just for interest sake..

Super nice quality burl (burr if in England) veneer on a ca. 1950 liquor cabinet. Difficult to tell who made it without a label; could have been one of a dozen or more manufacturers. The mid-20th century crowd should be fighting over this.

So many people made those here. The Chianti bottle isn't an indicator of Italy, those were a Thing. I've still got miniatures made as salt and peppers. Transfers often made by Johnson Matthey.
