Help Identifying Original Folk Art

It's an original folk art piece on a mattress. It's signed upside down and it's dated march 2018 but I can't read the signature. Let me know if you recognize this artist.

    Really a stretch to call this 'folk art', IMHO, and only 3 years old to boot.

    Yeah, I'm not sure I'd call that folk art either. Is it mixed media?
