    Looks like art for the tourist market to me. The frame/mat appears to be circa late 60s into 1970s.

    Someone will recognize the church in the distance.

    Looks like someplace in Latin America. And I agree, souvenir type art. A nice reminder of a trip abroad.

    Medium pen and watercolor. Agree produced as souvenir but nicely done. Frame 1960s into the 1970s as above. Looks to be Taxco, a popular tourist destination.
