Here’s a puzzler ... picked this up at an intique dealer, happy to have found a Blenko unlike the ones we usually see. I love it, but can’t find it in the catalogs 1950 and after. My friends suspect that this is some other glass misrepresented as Blenko. Anyone here recognize t ?

Agree that it doesn't look like typical Blenko but am no expert. What does the bottom look like? Rough pontil mark?

Rough pontil Mark, maybe a bit larger than I’m accustomed to. I’m away from my collection right now but looking forward to comparing it to the others.

There's a Blenko collector page on Facebook that could likely help with ID.

Yes, I came from there. They are the friends reluctant to call this piece Blenko.

Have been searching but have been unable to attribute this vase. My gut reaction is also that that it is not Blenko.

    Good question!

I hate to admit it, but I actually knew someone (many long years ago) who used to steal Waterford stickers off items on display in a high-end department store and stick them on lower-end crystal vases to give as wedding gifts! (He used to brag about it, too!)
