Help identify mark on brass etched dish

    Hi I was wondering if someone could help me identify this mark on the bottom of this brass etched dish. Also I thought it was one of those made in india items but was surprised to find a makers mark instead of the "made in india" sticker. Also any idea of age? Also is it still from india? Any info would be appreciated thanks.
