Help ID Switzerland music box

    I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this music box? Can't find anything online unfortunately. Has a few spots where paint flaked off but thought I could touch it up with some paint from local hobby shop if worth it.     Sometimes these busts are not actually carved wood but sawdust composition. Very difficult to distinguish from actual wood, but the one I had of George Bernard Shaw looked very similar and even though quite lightweight, turned out to be wood composition.

    all the bubbles and dots on the back of the head say it's a casting.
