It's a lot of time I've bought this work and still I didn't success to
identify the artist and the te..chnique of this "print".
Its subject is taken from a famous lithograph of Picasso.
    The work measures 20 x 30 cm.
I'll be grateful for any suggestions about the possible artist or
the technique used for this "print".
I'll waiting you at the forum's bar for a coffee....

    Thank you. IMG_20240819_144859.jpg IMG_20240819_144908.jpg

It's a souvenir from Spain and widely reproduced so very unlikely you'll be able to identify "the artist." Looks like it might be encaustic painting. Here's the original for comparison.

Looks like squeeze bottle art, from those raised lines. It's popular as a tourist medium.

    Thank you.
The print seems to be "drawn" by a sort of squeezed paint. The monogram "DM" could it stand for a company or a copying artist?
Mirana an Debora , I'll pay you a coffee at the forum's bar !
    Grazie !

I bow to @mirana and her superior knowledge. Squeeze bottle art it does appear to be. The monogram is likely that of the creator of the piece. Although Don Quixote is set in central Spain, this image is widely sold throughout Spain wherever tourists are found.
