Help dating a figural oil lamp base

I hope someone might be able to identify this oil lamp base and font.
Little girl sitting with her dog. There are no marks at all, I couldn't even read the burner knob. But I think the burner is missing parts so probably replace it.
Has anyone ever seen this before? I did find one on Ebay but it was electrified.
Any help appreciated, Thanks for looking.

Does it say something JUST INSIDE where the chimney sits?? Did you buy it?? Is she 'spelter'?? What else could it need besides some lamp oil and a wick!! We always have a couple of 'kerosene' lamps around, but the power SO SELDOM goes out anymore, kind of takes the fun away!!!! She IS adorable, and I JUST see she has a dog at her side!!!! Very cool!!! As for dating, my guess would be mid 1800's, but her metal body I'm not familiar with............

I didn't see any writing but still have to clean it up a bit. Yes I bought it for $4.99 usd.
