IMG_1499.jpeg IMG_1495.jpeg IMG_1476.jpeg I found this beautiful ring at a local antique mall. I’m looking for any information on it! The stamp reads 14k but I can’t tell what the hallmark stamp says! The other side has an engraving “M.G=J.G 5/31/41”

To me it looks like and interlocking DA.

It’s not a hallmark, it’s a date with two sets of initials.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I can see that it could be that, right after the 14K. It might be a manufacturers logo, not a hallmark. The A looks a bit odd, but logos do sometimes.

I wonder whether it might be 3 letters - DAH? Not that I have a clue who that might be.

MG married JG on the 31st May 1941. Can’t get the other though.

The only American intertwined DA I could find is D. Abramson Mfg.Co., New York, ca 1943, so the right time frame.
Their DA is a similar font, but the spacing is different. I wonder if it was slightly distorted to fit in the small space of a ring band:
