    I've enjoyed reading this site - there's so much helpful information. I am not a professional antiquer, but I enjoy shopping for unique and interesting items. It's nice to have a group of people willing to share their experience with others!

    I've lived in New England all my life. The weather is unpredictable, but you learn to be prepared for changes or suffer the consequences!

    Greetings, New England! I'd venture to guess that the majority of the members here aren't "professional antiquers" either. But we all love old stuff, and that's what counts!

    Hello, New England. I'm still fairly new myself, but can tell you there are very active members who may not describe themselves as professional, but who know more in their areas of interest than many who do claim that status.

    Welcome. You will probably find more people here that enjoy shopping for unique and interesting items and less professional antiquer (although maybe more professional collectors or hoarders :D:hilarious::hilarious:)

    Greetings! I'm in Connecticut, and am a gazetted junk junkie. My degrees are BS, MS, and PhD - Bull***, More of the Same, Piled Higher and Deeper when it comes to antiques.

    In real life I only have a BA and MA. The others are from the unaccredited School of Hard Knocks. (engine knocks, generally)
