Hello to all!

    I am 32 years old and a Mommy to three daughters who equally share my passion! One collects marbles, matchbooks and stamps, another clothing and perfume, And then there’s my artist who has found some pretty incredible pieces! I’ve always loved the craftsmanship, beauty, time and effort that was put into antiques of many kinds. Porcelain, glass, crystal, fabrics, letters... I could go on!
    They just don’t make things like they used to. A few years back my kiddos and I stopped at an estate sell, bought a few storybook dolls from the 40’s, for a few bucks!! I couldn’t help but fall in love with everything. Well that led me to my now full time job/dream, cleaning out estates. I could use all the wisdom I can get and look forward to learning! Thanks in advance!

    Welcome to the forum!

    Helping people downsize and liquidating estates seems to be a growing profession these days. Would love to hear about your experiences in the industry and your finds. Marbles, Matchbooks, and Stamps are three areas of collecting that once had vast numbers of collectors but are not as popular today but still have lots of potential -- It would be great if they could be reinvigorated with new collectors.
