Hello everyone - I could use some help trying to figure out what this item is. It stands about 3 5/8" tall and about 5 3/8" across. It feels heavy like restaurant ware. There is no slot for a spoon. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.

i'm just used to that style for condiments....using the flared rim to wipe the spoon...
