Green (not brown), 10 inches tall, missing the head or stopper piece. Has four buttons instead of 3. The dress has texture to resemble fabric.

Guessing this is maybe an old point-of-sale piece from the grocery store?

I have it for sale on eBay.

A travesty, I say, a plain and simple travesty!!! How could she lose her head?
My opinion? Interesting, maybe POS display, however, were that the case, I would expect the bottle to be larger and the head a part of the molded bottle. Maybe not Mrs. Butterworth? Did you contact the company?

I did contact the company. They gave a vague and confusing reply about product availability and locations where they sell.

Looks like the right answer. I purchased the bottle from a local auction with other Italian fish-shaped wine bottles. Thanks for the answer!
