    Do you have a photo of the whole item? That looks a bit like Japan symbolism of Mt Fuji and a rising sun in the center but those critters look vicious.

    I didn't see this mark on gotheborg. It's a monteith inspired bowl if that helps at all.

    Modern "faux" reproduction -- designed and marked to look like something old, but is pretty new. Made in Asia somewhere...

    Agreed. They often say STAFFORDSHIRE or VICTORIA WARE.
