Harley Davidson Air Intake Cover Unusual Emblem - Aftermarket?

I can't find any official (or unofficial) examples of the emblem on this air cleaner. The metal angel and name Harley-Davidson are one piece, so I'm assuming with copyright laws protecting the name, it would have to have been made for Harley. Could it be for an earlier model than the pieces on eBay? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

 

This is all I could come up with, and I think yours is older. I would contact Harley Davidson directly and see what they say.

I had this and the sissy bar insert on my old Sportster. STOLEN! Broke my heart. Took me 3 years to find them. Awesome piece!!!
