Hand Painted Victorian Tiles Identification

Can anybody help ID a couple of tiles. Always have trouble identifying monograms and signatures. This one has an incised monogram on the the back with a TCW or possibly a TCO. It's a scene from The Tempest. It's been glazed and then painted over the glaze, it measures 10'' x 8''. Very well painted albeit more of an illustration. Any information would be greatly appreciated. i've checked Godden but nothing there.

Can you do a search to see which pottery made tiles from Shakespearean plays? There's a Facebook page for British Pottery and Porcelain and those folks are very knowledgeable about the potteries and their products. You might try posting there.

 

I went looking for English Tiles and came across this. Most of it appears to be Minton.

There is a Campbell Tile, but it's Campbell Tile Co. not Tile "Works"

WTC may refer to William T. Copeland.
He did a Shakespeare series.
Tiles look similar.
I don't have time to look for the mark to verify.
