Hand painted delft style windmills plate signed

    Hoping someone can tell me something about this plate. 10 1/2"
    There are no markings on the back
    Also I can't quite make out the artist if it matters.

    Looks like Rossini to me, but maybe someone knows more.

    I think I'm seeing Exactly the same thing!!! Maybe Dutch windmills? Try searching from there...........NICE little platter!!!!!:):)

    Looks like Rosaline. A pretty name and a pretty plate.
    Dutch scenes, but not a style I recognize. Could we see the back?

    Here is a pic of the back. Notice the two holes for hanging.
    The artist didn't lol The main painting would be sideways if hung using these holes.
