Any ideas about this hallmark please?
The cross looks hand cut although the figure is cast. Im clueless as to if this is vintage or just made to look that way!
The beads are rather nice and there are some funny little ones in between the green beads if they help to identify where it originated?
The crucifix tests as silver with a strong red reaction to the acid and is 5.5cm tall.
    Thankyou for looking :)

    Hallmarks are not my forte.
There is a lozenge mark so France would be my guess.
The in-between beads look more exotic though so better wait for the real experts.
The green beads might be green marble or green agate.
What a cute skull it has!

Hm. The green beads look Connemara marble. And French on the cross. But the in betweenies look Eastern European.

The bottom one seems like the Vatican coat of arms.

    Beautiful rosary, K. Nice beads.
    Ditto.
To make things difficult there are countless shield-shaped marks with crossed tools, regalia and implements across Europe, most of them older than this rosary.
    So tagging @kyratango .

Rome had that mark for a while, but I don't think this rosary is that old.

As I said in post #8:
Just to clarify: There was no Vatican hallmark.
Rome used the Papal keys and tiara as a hallmark in the late 18th century, but with a different cartouche.
Your mark has no Papal keys and no tiara, and the rosary is not late 18th century.

Interesting about the Vatican hallmark even if this isn’t it.
Could an earlier crucifix be a marriage with the newer beads?

It could, but I don't think it is. The spacer beads seem to be the same age as the crucifix, and it would be a lot of work to put all those wires through the beads etc.
The stone beads are very glossy, but could have been in a box for most of their life.
