    It is cute, but a pretty generic Haitian souvenir picture. I doubt if the name of the artist is important in this case.

    Yes, I thought It look like it was a tourist looking item, but the gallery sticker made me have a second thought. I did not find much about the Picwood Gallery, However... thanks A. J.

    Why would someone spell Haita for Haiti?

    Maybe someone bought it in Haiti and took it to Picwood Galeries to get it framed.

    From a quick internet search, it appears that Picwood was an art gallery that exhibited and sold art.
