Green uranium octagonal candle holder

    I have an uranium green octagonal candle holder. It is octagonal
    at both base and around candle stick holder opening. Dimensions
    are about 3/4" dia. at candle stick opening x 2 3/16" dia. from the
    midsection of one side of the octagon on one side to the other side
    x 2 1/2" tall. I would like some help identifying company and pattern.
