Any idea of the maker? Or made in China?
    Thanks

    Italian. Probably an Empoli maker.

I think Empoli glass does not have pontil marks.

Some does. I've had labelled pieces with pontils.

I'm going to say most likely Italian. Not necessarily Murano.
Do you happen to have a dolls head of proportionate size with long hair? Or even a picture?
Put it on top facing out.
Then look at the arms, hands on hips, a ummm, rear end? and she might look a bit peeved.

This shape will for ever be a female form now LOL

I agree mainland Italy. With the shape being most likely mold blown and the applied handles a pontile rod would be the common method of holding the vase for this work.
