Grape Jug - Homemade?

I won this jug/pitcher in an auction (USA - Pennsylvania - vintage antique business inventory sell-off) with several dozen other pieces of pottery for less than 50 dollars for the entire lot, so nothing was really invested in it. I am more just curious. The glazing is sloppy (you can see it drips at the top) so I am leaning toward homemade. It has significant crazing (not sure if it intentional). I see no markings. I am assuming vintage not antique. Despite its flaws, I find it charming. It stands 7.5 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter at the opening. The design elements around the top green band are raised. Any guesses as to origin or age? Thanks in advance! Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or maybe South East France. It's a pichet, for wine.
