Featured Good Morning Everyone! I Need Your Help With These Two Markings on a Brooch. TY!

    Good Morning Everyone! I hope you all are doing well and staying safe!

    I got this lovely brooch from a family member and there are two markings on it. The first looks a C inside a circle and the other has RJ in a diamond shape. I am hoping some of you guys will be able to help me this. The brooch is 14k gold with genuine pearls and blue sapphire. As always, thank you so much for your help. Stay well and have a great day!

    It's American and probably 1960s, but that's all I've got. Pins disappeared with ladies in "casual" suits and then came back in the 80s. No idea who RJ was.

    There are a few of these RJ brooches around online.
    One said RJ Co but whether that’s the same company is anyones guess. No one seems to know anything about them though.

    Probably an insurance inventory mark, put there by the original owner. Or similar.
