Golfing watercolor by California Artist

I sent this photo to California watercolor in Fallbrook Ca. about 5 months ago for info, they never replied back to me. Does anyone know a value sorry.

Why the flag is not on the green, makes me very unhappy.....

As to value, I wouldn't hazard a guess

 

I can only find the Irish cartoonist Charles Edward Kelly, I'm guessing that is the wrong Charles Edward Kelly.

Maybe the green continues behind the grey area in front, and the flag is actually on the green. Otherwise it would be strange. He could have moved a bit to the left and painted the part of the green where the hole and flag are.

I don’t know if this is where you sent yours to, but they have some for sale. I can’t see signature on yours, so I don’t know if it’s the same person.
I don’t know if a golf theme would get more or less than the ones they have.

 

Yes, that is where I sent 2 times photos and never a reply. The ones they show for sale are giclee prints.
