Featured Gold and diamond wrist watch- a present to myself! Can you help with age and maker?

    Hi everyone! I picked this sweet wrist watch up at auction recently. I had always wanted a vintage watch so I finally treated myself. It is 14K yellow and white gold with two tiny diamonds, 17 Jewels Swiss. I can't find the name Mac Kenzie anywhere. Have you seen this brand before? Also there is a "W" mark under the 14K, again I have no idea. I would really appreciate any help with age and or maker.     No idea. It's whoever made the case. Not necessarily the same firm that marked the works.
