Glassies: Olive green bud vase

Good afternoon folks. I'm having a little difficulty pinning down the maker of this 8 7/8" tall bud? vase. I know that Kanawha, Pilgrim & Rainbow all 3 did this type of tricorn top. Possibly Bischoff, Indiana Handcraft, Greenwich Flint Craft & maybe Hamon do this also? Perhaps other companies did also? This is an olive green in color. None of the above mentioned FB groups have claimed it. If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
