Glassies: Cased glass Bell Peppers

    Good evening. I have a cased glass bell pepper with a rather unique bottom. I believe it is possibly a tell as to the who. It is not 2-tone. My ring light made it look that way. What say you?     This cased glass bell pepper may be made in China? About 5" tall to top of stem x 3 1/2" diameter.
