Would anyone know pattern or maker on these?

I'm not sure that is a sherbet. Most items shaped like this are cigarette holders. How many do you have and what size?

I have 4. 2 Amethyst and 2 peach color. Stand 3 1/2" tall and are 1 7/8" deep. I passed on 2 clear so I don't think are cigarette holders

I think these are like holders for "regular size" cigarettes and an ash try. At one time when smoking was still glamorous there would have been one for each person at the dinner table or bridge table. The size would have worked for several regular size cigarettes.

These are pretty big across. Almost 3 1/2". Too big for a cigarette holder. I still think its a sherbet.
