    Why do you think this is a photo when it's clearly a ceramic (?) plaque.

    I take it there is no signature or title anywhere on it? Can you guess how much it weighs?

    Its modern not very old. I see these here and there at thrift shops. Not sure who makes them though. Definitely ceramic not glass.
