Hello Boards Friends - I'm not sure what to call this thing. I think it's some type of solid perfume lamp or some type of room censor. It measures a little over 6" tall. The base and shade are glass but the top cap is plastic. I can't tell if it represents a church, or a mill, or something else entirely. Is it a child's piece? Any idea of place of origin? Any help regarding this little item would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Had one of those once. Think they were room stinkers from the nineties but that's a wild guess. Couldn't sell it so threw mine out!!

Oh, gosh. I had one of those in my room when I was a teenagers (Dark Ages.). Mine had roses and the perfume that my mother put in it was rose scented. I have no idea where it went. Without the shade the one on top almost looks like a lighthouse with the lighthouse keeper's cottage.

Oh you never know when I'll be up. I have a kind of rolling insomnia. Up for two hours, down for one, up for one hour, down for two. I will be at an auction when the race goes off but will see if I can watch it on the phone. I guess I should pick a horse to root for!

As for the lamp I suspected it wasn't worth much. The scent left inside was dreadful. Probably go in the booth for $5 and hope for a nostalgia sale. Thanks everyone!
