Glass Leaf or fruit bowl with three bubble glass feet

I have a green glass leaf or fruit bowl with 3 bubble glass feet. Dimensions are about 9 3/8" at stem to 9 1/2" at the tip on the opposite side x 2 1/4" tall at stem to 1 1/4" tall at the tip on the other side. I would like help with company name and pattern. It is very heavy piece. Thank you for assistance on this item. Rob

 

Mold blown - Anchor Hocking and Hazel Atlas did some similar. I don't know if Blenko ever did something like this. Yours might be Italian.

Found a purple one and a bright green one in image search.
Purple one goes to a dead eBay auction, the green one goes to a dead Etsy link.
So zilch information gleaned if either of those sellers were in the know. No descriptions available.

Best case scenario is to find one with an original sticker or in original packaging with all the info about maker, country of origin, etc.

I found a turquoise bowl that sold on Etsy recently enough to have some info. Though the seller knows nothing about origin or maker it sold for $40.84 plus shipping.
