Glass Lamp Base - Aladdin Alacite?

    Hello Board Friends! Here's another one I thought would be easy to ID and that's come back to bite me on the tuckus. It stands 9 3/4" tall and has the translucent look of aladdin's alacite. Despite searching just about any Aladdin source I can find I Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

    Check the interior of base, sometimes these translucent glass lamps had a double socket and a low watt bulb could be screwed inside. Makes for a stunning effect.

    It looks like Aladdin Table Lamp #G-228.

    I was going to suggest Aladdin alacite (sp).
    See SKC has it.

    Agree with SKCCOAST. The lamp is shown on page 125 of Aladdin Electric Lamps by J.W. Courter.

    According to the description it did not have the secondary light socket.

    It stood on top of a cabinet in our parlor for the past few years but got displaced by a new Consolidated lamp.
