Glass goblets--please help identify

I bought these three goblets recently for a pitiful price --38 cents each. They seem to be both engraved and etched. Each one has four portraits of "olden time" people in what looks to be Regency dress. No pontil on the bottom; no mold marks either. Any thoughts? Are they "good" or should I drink my afternoon wine from them?

    TIA.

from the image looks like maybe a water goblet; "R" lists them as 8"
the glass is stem #5010 Symphone
    the etch is #503 Minuet
