Glass etched bowl

    Same old 91 year old man sold me this, he said it was a gift to his wifes friend and made in Ireland at a factory he visited. What is this called and when possibly made ?

    It reminds me of McKee's Innovation pattern. That would date it to the end of the EAPG era.
