Glasgow Spoons?

I thought maybe the HB & Co. wasn’t a Scottish maker and these were imported? That might explain the lack of date & city mark? Could be wrong here. Can anyone help with this and possibly the maker?

    Edit: Nevermind. These are Henry Birks Canada. Pseudo hallmarks look Scottish kinda. You can’t delete a thread can you? ​
