Looks like palm trees on top of a whale. The spruce thing is the tail of the whale. Must have made a "whale of a tale." Like someone noted there seems to be an extra star on the cup of the dipper, but it is lacking a star in the handle of the dipper. --- Susan Edit: the extra star in the front of the cup might represent the North star (Polaris) that the Big Dipper points to, All of this is a stretch of the imagination especially with the handle lacking a star.
