    Can you say that anymore? I'm guessing girl. I'm kidding... kinda

    I bought this today at an estate sale for $1. It's 9.25" x 12.25". I love it. I actually like the windows and doorway more than the girl. Those are some straight lines. Though she's done really well also. If you saw her in person, you could probably recognize her from this.

    It's signed RS Pierce 75.

    They told me it was a listed artist. I can't find them. They're probably online as their full name, not RS. Has anyone ever heard of RS Pierce? THANK YOU!

    It's going into a porfolio of original art I've picked up at sales.

    I picked this up at the same place. It doesn't fit. But, it was in a Souvenir of Bill Miller's Riviera (just across the George Washington Bridge) Ft Lee NJ. The artist is Charles Shoucair. He did a beautiful job. It's from 1936.
