She's the editor anyway, and if you know the name you probably have a copy of the Larousse Gastronomique. It's huge and weighs a ton - boxed it's over 7 pounds. It's a cooking instruction book as much as anything. I can ship it media mail obviously; the other rates start at a small fortune and go up from there.

 

Anything related to Larousse Gastronomique should be wonderful! Got one of my favorite party desserts from it Bing cherries poached in brandy.

Thanks. It's a nice book, but I figure if I haven't cracked it in at least five years I probably don't need it. It's got some retail value, but the shipping would eat into it enough that I'd rather just give it away if someone wants to kick in the $6.03 Media Mail.

 

I haven't been using many of my cookbooks lately, so will pass on this. I do think it looks very interesting!
