I recently bought these gloves and someone had added a hand witten tag stating 'german ww2 pilot gloves'.

However I'm struggling to find anything online to collaborate this.

The gloves are brown leather, are mitten style and one has a trigger finger.

Both are marked with an impressed '3 crowns' stamp and also have some strange partially punched holes I think showing same 3 crowns logo.

Can anyone shed any light on these gloves?

    Many thanks 20240719_184236.jpg 20240719_183819.jpg 20240719_183846.jpg 20240719_183901.jpg

The tre kroner (three Crowns), would seem to make them Swedish, not German.
The single finger on the right hand is probably for sniper use.

A Swedish military symbol with three crowns. But Sweden was neutral during World War II. Would/could you post a photograph of the note please?

I should think that the trigger finger mitt indicates intended use by a gunman of some sort but not necessarily a sniper.

They don't appear to be a true pair.
