german decorator's anchor mark. Interesting to note.

    this from a recent auction so pics may be not so good. We had discussion before about the use of the anchor mark which sometimes means Chelsea and sometimes Edme Samson but sometimes its a decorator mark on products supposedly from Germany. Not everyone agrees. The point is that this piece actually shows its made in Germany and has the anchor mark on the back (second pic), which is more evidence that this decorator anchor mark is a real thing. At least to me. be interested in what others think.
