Featured Georgian Sterling Silver teaspoons.

    Hello to everyone .I did buy some teaspoons ,seems to me made in 1800 year by Peter, Ann & William Bateman .I hope I'm not wrong ?Thank you again for any help and thoughts. IMG_5357.jpg IMG_5358.jpg IMG_5359.jpg IMG_5361.jpg IMG_5362.jpg

    Almost completely correct. The date letter E is, strictly speaking, 1800/01 as the London assay year started at the end of May so the spoons may have been made in 1801. Definitely the right Batemans though.

    They certainly have a premium over ordinary Georgian spoons. Not as high as Hestere, but pretty good.
