Georgian silver teaspoons. Can't decide on the sponsor mark

Bought these today. Or rather, grabbed them very very fast. They have the exquisite softness of very good very old silver which has been handled for over two hundred years. Four the same maker and another pair, all London. (Yes, I know the city mark is missing, that's common.)

The k is 1805, I reckon. The O I think is 1789. It's fatter than the later 1809 or even 1829 Os and has the right duty head. Lions are right too.

Can't decide quite on who T I is, but I think Thomas Jackson is probably right. The other contender is Thomas Justis, but the T isn't right.

Blowed if I can make out the other mark. Off to fish books out.

 

The 1805 maker's mark is almost certainly PB over WB - Peter & William Bateman.

The other one is IL for John Lias which suggests to me that the date letter is upper case O for 1809.

Note that both maker's marks are inverted with respect to the hallmark.
