    AI software. For $5-600 and 12 hours of processing time on a decent CPU, you can take really bad silent short and output what is shown above. I can't find the link, but there's a a clip of a 1910 (I think) urban train ride in Germany floating around the internet that shows the capability. An IT buddy of mine is in the process of restoring some football video from the early 20s and the results are phenomenal.

    wrong. they need a certain quality to work with; same when you work with old analogue boolegs from concerts.
