Gaudy Pitcher, pattern and description help

Hi, this is an 8-sided paneled pitcher, about 9 inches tall. It has some condition issues - a few small chips, crazing and discoloration, wear to the orange color. I believe it is Gaudy Welsh, but not sure. I've searched quite a bit and found only one other example in this pattern - a very similar pitcher, sold in 2005 in a lot with another gaudy pitcher for about $2100. This was on worthpoint ( http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/two-gaudy-ironstone-paneled-pitchers-with and ) and the pattern was not identified.

So, my questions:
Gaudy Welsh, Gaudy Ironstone, something else?
Pattern name?
Is it desirable in this condition?
Opinions on value range?

Yep, $2152, but that was for a pair, and in 2005, at Pook & Pook. So I have no idea how that translates to 2014 on ebay for one pitcher, with condition issues. It could be the other pitcher that had most of the value, no way for me to tell.
