I have a G.N.C.O. Made in Japan Gettysburgh, PA with Peace Memorial
in the center of a souvenir ashtray. Looks like worn off silver over top
of copper on top and not as worn off silver over top of copper on the bottom. Dimensions are about 4 3/8" top dia. x 2 1/2" bottom dia. x 1/4" tall
I have looked for similar ones on ebay, etsy and worthpoint. I found one on
ebay that is similar who is listed for $39.00 but I could not find any that sold.
What decade do you think mine is from, the metal used and the name of
    the company? Thank you. Rob

Earliest would be 1938 (the date on which the memorial was dedicated by FDR.)

I doubt that it matters who made it.
