    I didn't realize that Fulper had special names for their colors & that there are supposedly reproductions out there.

    Hopefully someone can help me out with this bowl. It is listed but if it is a repro I want to take it down or I can add the color name if it is authentic. :happy:

    Your bowl looks correct for early Fulper. See the below link for a nice description of the Fulper “restart” and some glaze color chips (based on the newer Fuller tile, but look very close to my eye to the old Fuller). - Joe

    Thanks @sabre123 & @Joe in PA!!! :happy::happy: :kiss::kiss::kiss:

    I do have one question about the glaze color though. I guess this bowl would be considered Violet Wistaria but is it another color also or does their glaze or this color do this effect often? :confused::confused::confused:

    I would probably call it Blended Wistari, but Fulper colors were never clearly defined by Fulper and there is a lot of room for interpretation. Many art potteries used two different glazes and blended it into the other, like on your bowl. Fulper sometimes called their blended glaze "Flambe", which often had more than two glazes, combined sometimes in very elaborate and beautiful ways. If you google "Fulper Flambe" and look at the images, you can see some great examples.
