Frosted glass vase, printed or painted?

    I have this frosted glass vase, with a signed floral image. I can't tell if it's printed or painted on.

    24.5cm height

    I assumed printed for that reason, but thought maybe the dots are because it's on frosted glass...maybe...

    Look at the pictures of the leaves. They're printed for absolutely certain, both outline and fill, and someone didn't quite get them lined up properly.
