Friends~ a plate/plaque Nouveau ish

Hello friends xxx

I got this from a car boot a week or so ago, from someone who had boxfuls of glass and things.
The boxes were so cheap I had no choice but to own a box or two despite having utterly no idea, no room, etc etc.
She said she had just moved here from France so that could be pertinent.
This is just one of the many things I don't have a clue about which was in the box (but I think I have made some headway with some.)

I can see Nouveau influences, maybe? It's actually nicely tactile. It's thick.

As always I have no idea but wondered if it were perhaps a copy of something because I've seen Italian ones similar online but they were much finer.

It's five and a half inches across (14 cms)

That looks like Provencal faience to me.

 

I was about to say French faience, but OBB being in England is up earlier than I here on the PNW.
